Robotic Cleaning
In environments where man-less entry is preferred, the robotic cleaning services from Redboden allow us to undertake various hazardous cleaning jobs. Using well proven technologies, it is a safe and efficient way to undertake oily or hazardous sludge removal jobs.

Our ATEX Zone 0 rated robot with its compact size allows for 24 inch manhole entries. It includes 360 degree camera views and comes with diesel or electric Power Pack. Hydraulically driven for operation in hazardous areas. It drastically reduces cleaning time compared with conventional methods as clients achieve considerable savings by avoiding scaffolding setups and reduces manual labor.
Man-Less Automated Crude Oil Tank Cleaning
For large crude oil tank cleaning, the Redboden T-RAX Automated Oil Recovery system is a modular integrated oil recovery system that recovers up to 90% of oil from sludge. It is widely deployed in complex cleaning operations and Redboden is one of the first to offer such solutions in Malaysia.

Subject to clients requirements, sludge waste can be treated to separate water, oil and solids for oil recovery or as a means to minimize final disposal volumes. Either way, clients are able to achieve substantial savings using these services.

Waste Oil Recovery System
Treating and disposing oily sludge waste can be challenging and most often requires customised solutions rather than a cookie cutter solution. At Redboden, we have gathered deep experience managing these waste types on behalf of our drilling fluid clients.

Sludge cleaning and disposal from oil refineries and crude oil tanks is a serious and growing problem in the fossil fuel industry.
